Painted white with exterior white paint from Lowe's
Added extra piece to back so there will be a place to add Bolts later to connect to base
Painted hat black. The Brim is a separate piece
Painted Snow flakes for buttons
Painted Brim Black
Painted flowers and circle to go on hat
