Wall Decor -Fall Door pocket --Fall floral door decoration

I Made this real Quick for my front Door

PUMPKIN Centerpiece --

I have wanted to do this for at least 2 years now ..I had the white pumkins ..but never was brave enough to attempt ..

I bought the White 9 inch pumpkin

I used the pumpking Carving tool .and Cut a hole in the top ..

I did have to keep cutting a little more ...and fitting the foam inside ..I did not want the hole to be to Large --but wanted to have as much foam as possible as well --Once i had the hole big enough  --I Hot glued the foam to the bottom of the pumpkin

--

I did use Wire Cutters to cut the flowers to make the stems shorter so the would fit at the length I wanted ..Cutting the flowers was really the hardest part of the project

here was my pumpkin partially finished

and here is the finished project---

I will say that anyone can do this --I start off not having any clue on what i am doing --
Then  I am pleasantly surprised with the finished project !!!

Candy Corn Dish Cloth or Potholder

I love Candy Corn as decorations for Fall ..Here is my Candy Corn Potholder  or can also be done as dishcloth

here is link to pattern

http://www.ravelry.com/projects/gardenclc/candy-corn-dishcloth-2

i used the Pattern for Candy Corn Dishcloth
i held 2 strands together…
you do not need to do as many repeats for the pot holder because of the double strands
White
i did what the pattern recommended..
Orange
where it says
Repeat the last 4 rows ionly repeated 3 1/2 times
Yellow
Repeat the last 4 rows i only repeated 2 times
i made 2 potholders and was very afraid i would run out of yellow as i could not find a bright yellow at any of my local stores…but i did have enough yellow from 1 skien to finish the 2 potholders..
